Craig R. Faullks, MD

Dr. Faulks graduated from Duke University and Case Western Reserve School of Medicine. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the George Washington University Medical Center and a fellowship in Sports Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School. He is Board Certified in both Orthopaedic Surgery and Orthopaedic Sports Medicine and is a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Dr. Faulks is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the George Washington University Medical Center and Georgetown University Medical Center. He practices general orthopedics with special expertise in sports medicine, arthroscopy and surgery of the knee, hip and shoulder including joint replacement. After passing their stringent criteria for knowledge and technique, Dr. Faulks was accepted as a member of the Arthroscopy Association of North America and the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine.

Dr. Faulks is Head Team Physician for the Washington Kastles Professional Tennis Team. His experience as a team physician includes the Sidwell Friends School, the New England Patriots (NFL), the Boston Bruins (NHL), the 1996 Centennial Olympic Games and the 2003 World Figure Skating Championships. Dr. Faulks and his wife have two daughters and a son. He enjoys golf, running, basketball and skiing.
